Abstract

The author distinguishes the ordinary maintenance in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance and describes the importance of the verifications of the maintenance procedures of the structures and the equipmentes in the food industy. He individualizes criterions to follow for an aware detective check. This approach offers a greater guarantee of food security and a greater responsibility of OSA
